The short version
- Grove is early — expect rough edges; things may break, change, or occasionally lose data.
- We'd love your help: use Grove for real, and tell us what's working and what isn't.
- Anything you share with us — feedback, ideas, bug reports — we can use to make Grove better.
- Grove is free during early access. If we add paid plans later, we'll tell you before anything changes for you.
- This sits alongside Grove's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which cover your data and your rights.
A quick hello
Thanks for joining Grove early. You're using something we're still building, which means you'll see things before they're polished — and your feedback genuinely shapes where Grove goes next. This page covers the few things specific to early access. Everything else lives in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
What we ask of you
Being an early user is simple: use Grove for real, and let us know how it's going. We hope you'll:
- Use Grove regularly, the way you'd use any tool you rely on
- Try new features as we add them
- Tell us what's broken, confusing, or missing — a quick note beats a perfect bug report
There's no quota and no test to pass.
What "early access" means
The early access version of Grove is provided as-is. Features may be incomplete or change without notice, and things will occasionally break. We back up regularly and treat your data carefully, but during early access we can't promise it'll always be preserved — so please don't keep anything in Grove you couldn't bear to lose. The export and deletion rights in our Terms of Service still apply to whatever's in your grove. We may also change, pause, or remove parts of Grove at any time as we figure out what it should be.
Your feedback
By "feedback" we mean your comments, suggestions, and bug reports about Grove — not the personal data you store in Grove, which stays yours under our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Send it freely, no need to ask first. In plain terms: by sharing feedback, you give us a lasting, no-strings license to use it to improve Grove. If you can, please leave other people's personal details out of screenshots and bug reports. If a screenshot does include them, we delete it once we've acted on your feedback or otherwise in line with our Privacy Policy.
What Grove costs right now
Grove is free during early access. We're still working out what Grove should cost, and we may introduce paid plans later. If we do, we'll tell you before anything changes on your account, and nothing gets charged without you choosing it.
To be plain about the thing that's easiest to assume: early access doesn't come with free access for the life of your account.
How this fits with our other terms
This page works together with Grove's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. For the one thing specific to early access — how we use your feedback — this page is what controls. For everything else (your data, your privacy rights, acceptable use, our AI features, and the diagnostic and usage data we collect), the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy govern.
By using Grove, you're agreeing to these early access terms along with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Questions? Email hello@findgrove.com — a real person on the Grove team will reply.
