Service description

Grove is a personal relationship management tool. It helps you remember the details about the people in your life and gently reminds you when it's time to reach out. By using Grove, you agree to these terms.

Acceptable use

Grove is designed for personal use. You agree not to:

• Use automated tools to scrape, extract, or collect data from the service.
• Use Grove for any illegal activity or to store information about people without their reasonable expectation of being remembered.
• Attempt to access other users' data or interfere with the service's operation.

Your data

You own your data. The contacts, notes, preferences, and relationship details you store in Grove belong to you. We process your data solely to provide and improve the service. You can export or delete your data at any time.

AI processing

Grove uses AI to process voice notes and photos you submit. This processing extracts relationship details such as contact names, preferences, and follow-up items. Voice recordings and photos are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) for processing and are not retained after extraction is complete.

Account terms

• One account per person. Shared or automated accounts are not permitted.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under it.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of liability

Grove is provided “as is” during the beta period. We do our best to keep the service reliable and your data safe, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or the absence of bugs. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grove's liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you via the email address associated with your account. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
